Rachel began formally training in video production and acting after graduating from Virginia Tech University with a degree in Equine Science. She has trained in several types of martial arts and horseback riding, as well as other sports. Some of her most notable roles include Rachel Stalwart in the indie film Hounds of Zaroff (2016), where she performed her own fight scenes, Rebecca in Mindfield (2015), and her comical, satirical series, How to Do Things (2013-2014), where she played a plethora of characters. She is married to producer and actor Timo Schrey.
